Depression is the impulsive talent to emotionally scrapbook all of the negative activity in life - from childhood to this morning, every insult, wrongdoing, self-guilt, breakdown, paper cut that has happened - and upon sadness and self-loathing, this scrapbook is opened up for meticulous viewing.
Ridding yourself of depression isn't the burning of the book, but altering its title and believing it as a different truth.
